Naandi Community Water Services Pvt. Ltd. (NCWS) is one of India’s largest social enterprises working with a mission to “save lives by providing access to safe drinking water, to underserved communities, in a sustainable manner”. Through a nation-wide network of technical and operational experts, NCWS installs and operates a network of decentralised, Community Water Centres (CWCs) in regions where the current sources of drinking water are contaminated and unfit for consumption. Established in 2010 by Naandi Foundation’s trustees and Danone Communities, NCWS brings a winning combination of community mobilization and technical expertise to solving for safe water access to the underserved communities.
