The minimum user fee that we charge allows the water centre to be continuous in operations and un-compromised in quality. Like mentioned in the multi pronged drinking water problem, non availability of even minimum resources many times leads to a failure of a safe water intervention and we over come that challenge by charging a user fee as minimum of Rs. 0.25 paise to 40 paise per litre.
